OSQuay is seeking an On-Site IT Support Technician to join our team at an industrial facility in Vila do Conde. You will be the hands-on technical contact on the factory floor, making sure hardware, local networks, and user systems run smoothly to keep operations moving.

The role requires proactive troubleshooting, strong AD/DNS/DHCP knowledge, and the ability to work 100% on-site with rotating shifts and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in IT Support or Desktop Support, preferably in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP and basic networking.
• Hands-on hardware skills for laptops, desktops and printers.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Advanced English for documentation and communication.
• On-site work in Vila do Conde with rotating shifts and weekend coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on, on-site technical support for workplace hardware, including laptops, desktops, industrial printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and network protocols, administering Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, supporting switching infrastructure, cable patching, and connectivity issues.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests through enterprise ticketing systems.
• Maintain local hardware stock, performing equipment setups, hardware upgrades, and component replacements.
