We would like to meet an IT Support Technician for a project with a 100% onsite working model in Lisbon.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide onsite and remote IT support to end users in a corporate environment.
- Resolve incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and prepare PCs and laptops, including image installation when required.
- Provide support for Microsoft Windows and macOS environments.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and patching activities when required.
- Provide support for printers and other peripheral equipment.
- Manage and update tickets, ensuring all actions and troubleshooting steps are properly documented.
- Prioritize and manage incidents and requests according to operational requirements and service levels.
- Communicate with end users and client teams to provide updates and ensure a high-quality service.
- Support the management of escalations and operational requests when required.
- Assist with operational activities, including ticket follow-up and coordination with different technical teams.
- Travel between client sites according to service and operational needs.
- Provide remote support whenever possible.
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS.
- Good knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and peripherals.
- Experience troubleshooting PCs and laptops.
- Experience providing technical support to end users.
- Basic knowledge of computer networks.
- Knowledge of network patching is valued.
- Experience with ticketing and incident management tools.
- Ability to document technical activities and update tickets with clear and detailed information.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in demanding environments.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Fluency in Portuguese and good communication skills in English are required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SCCM or similar endpoint management tools.
- Experience with remote support tools.
- Experience in corporate or enterprise IT environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT Service Management.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with different ticketing platforms.
- Knowledge of basic network infrastructure.
- Experience supporting printers and other corporate IT equipment.
- Experience working with multiple client sites.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driving licence in Portugal.
- Own vehicle.
- Availability to travel between client sites.
- Availability to work 100% onsite.
