Qualificações

• 4+ anos de experiência numa função semelhante.
• Licenciatura em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, ou área relacionada.
• Experiência na gestão do processo de recrutamento end-to-end (prospecção de candidatos, entrevistas, follow-up).
• Experiência em apoiar candidatos durante o processo de recrutamento (feedback).
• Boas capacidades organizacionais e de priorização.
• Autonomia, proatividade e dinamismo.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação.
• Fluência em Português e Inglês (falado e escrito).

Role: Talent Manager

Location: 100% Remote, Portugal

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process (candidate research, interviewing, follow-up, etc.)
• Experience in supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process (follow-up/feedback)
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Autonomy, proactivity, and dynamism
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
