Wire IT is seeking a Delivery Manager in Portugal. The role supports hybrid work in Porto or Lisbon, focusing on coordinating multiple software delivery streams with a senior IT team.

Position: Delivery Manager

Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

Required Skills:

• +9 years of experience in IT delivery management, technical project management, or a similar coordination role.
• Experience working with software engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, and production releases.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders in a distributed organization.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  Ability to challenge unrealistic commitments and elevate risks early.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, application migration, or system decommissioning would be a strong advantage.
