Wire IT in Portugal is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join a hybrid Lisbon-based team. You will provide user support, manage workplace infrastructure, and assist with deployments and incident resolution.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years' experience in corporate IT support, strong Windows/AD/M365 skills, macOS basics, and familiarity with SCCM, MDM, PowerShell, networking, and ITIL processes. Join a growing international company.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in IT user support or service desk in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in Windows OS environments, AD, and Microsoft 365.
• MacOS knowledge for basic configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCCM and MDM solutions.
• PowerShell or similar scripting for automation.
• Strong understanding of PC hardware, networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Familiar with Cisco or TEAMS Rooms and ITIL-based processes.

Role: IT Support Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT User Support, Service Desk, or Workplace Infrastructure management in a corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Windows OS environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of macOS (basic configuration and troubleshooting).
• Good working knowledge of SCCM and practical experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions.
• Solid familiarity with PowerShell or similar scripting tools for system automation, configuration, and bulk management.
• Deep understanding of PC hardware architectures, diagnostic tools, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs), and meeting rooms support (Cisco and Microsoft TEAMS rooms).
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) and SLA-driven service delivery.
