Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an Incident Manager to join our Porto teams and support a multicultural IT operations environment. You will coordinate the end-to-end incident management, ensuring service continuity and timely communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is fluent in French, experienced in ITIL-based incident management, and comfortable using ServiceNow or Remedy.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in French is mandatory for this international role.
• Experience in Incident Management within IT operations or service management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Incident and Major Incident Management.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end incident management and timely resolution of service disruptions.
• Monitor and escalate major incidents to minimize business impact and meet SLAs.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and business areas.
• Prepare incident reports and conduct post-incident reviews for improvement.
• Support process optimization and continuous service improvement initiatives.
