Quion Groep B.V. in Porto is seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join our international IT Operations team. You will coordinate major incidents, drive process improvements and ensure service stability across product, engineering and infrastructure partners.

You bring ITIL Foundation, a degree in IT or related field, 3–5 years in incident/problem management, and strong English communication. A hybrid work model and meal allowance are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• 3–5 years of Incident/Problem Management or IT Operations experience.
• Experience with ITSM environments and Jira Service Management.
• Willingness to support Major Incidents outside standard business hours.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and continuously improve the Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Coordinate Major Incidents and keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely communication.
• Lead Root Cause Analyses and ensure improvement actions are implemented.
• Monitor incidents, problems and risks, and take action when needed.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations and suppliers to improve service stability.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve service quality.
• Provide reporting and insights on service performance, risks and improvements.
