Job summary

Amadeus seeks a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to support customers in integrating Amadeus solutions. You will gather requirements, design BPMN/use cases, and produce high-level design.

You will run client workshops, lead acceptance tests, assist developers, and deliver training and project docs. Travel across EMEA and office four days per week in Lisbon are expected.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering, including functional, non-functional and system integration requirements.
• Conduct workshops with clients to understand and discuss the solution and analyze customer systems.
• Design BPMN, use cases and scenarios; validate with development team.
• Produce Business Solution Architecture/High-Level Design and identify gaps for Amadeus products and bespoke solutions.
• Prepare and lead client playbacks and acceptance/rejection testing (negative, stress tests).
• Support developers for technical specs and initial tests of features.
• Configure workflows, business rules and monitor software applications (e.g., Inspector).
• Provide input to decisions; propose improvements by analyzing information; ensure go-live acceptance by customers.
• Deliver project documentation including training manuals and configuration docs.
• Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule; provide early live support and handover to support/maintenance.
