Amadeus is seeking a Functional Trainer for Airport IT Solutions to deliver and support training sessions globally. You will develop foundational product knowledge, create effective training environments, and progressively contribute to customer-facing activities under supervision.

Your role includes delivering sessions onsite and remotely, engaging customers for a high-quality learning experience, and preparing materials and logistics for smooth delivery.

Formación

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to quickly learn product functionalities and adapt to new environments.
• Familiarity with the airport industry and ITIL principles.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and support training sessions (onsite and remote), including demos, exercises, and recaps.
• Engage professionally with customers, ensuring a high‑quality learning experience and addressing queries.
• Prepare training environments, materials, and logistics to ensure smooth session delivery.
• Apply and improve training content, providing feedback to enhance quality and consistency.
• Track participation, collect feedback, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
• Build expertise in Amadeus systems (AODB, FRMS, DDS, ASM, UAC) while progressing through certifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, contributing to global projects with potential onsite exposure.

Functional Trainer - Airport IT Solutions

Summary The Functional Trainer supports the delivery of training services for Airport IT solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on building foundational product knowledge, developing training delivery capabilities, and progressively contributing to customer‑facing activities under structured supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of airport operations and related IT systems
• Ability to quickly learn product functionalities and adapt to new environments
• Familiarity with the airport industry and ITIL principles
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Availability to travel internationally as required
• Contribute to training satisfaction (CSAT) results
• Progress through product certifications
