FARO CREAFORM is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) in Porto, Portugal to respond to inquiries about hardware and software products and provide solutions.

You will maintain detailed ticket notes, aim for first-contact resolution, and work with other support levels and channel partners to ensure a first-rate Customer Experience.

Fluent English and French are required, Italian is a plus; commercial or technical education is expected; training is offered.

Qualificações

• Proven service-oriented experience in a customer support environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to both internal and external customer inquiries related to the organization’s hardware and software products.
• Deliver services and support, basic guidance and solutions or answers as listed in the guidelines, process quotes and orders.
• Achieve the highest standards in first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation for each support incident and customer related information in the ticketing system.
• Closely cooperate with the other support level teams to ensure an excellent Customer Experience along the Support Chain.
• Point of contact for Channel Partner and Distributor support to all non-technical related inquiries.
