Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring Icelandic-speaking professionals for an on-site Customer Support role in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully funded relocation package. You will handle Icelandic-speaking customer inquiries via multiple channels, achieve KPIs, and participate in ongoing product knowledge training.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Icelandic in speech and writing.
• Solid command of English (B2 level or above).
• Previous experience in Customer Support, customer care, or a client-facing role is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Icelandic-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring professional, empathetic handling and timely resolution; maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues across departments to resolve complex cases and drive swift resolutions; relay feedback to QA and product teams.
• Represent Mercier Consultancy Group values in every engagement; maintain high proficiency in Icelandic, both spoken and written.
• Ensure effective communication within an international team environment; demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused mindset on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication to engage, reassure, and resolve customer issues; work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site setting.
