This role requires strong collaboration with global marketing, products and solutions, and the Henry Schein Dental partner network. Expect 40–60% travel and a hybrid working model with a focus on people development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master in Business or MBA beneficial.
• Proven commercial success in medical devices or related field.
• Experience leading sales teams in matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial strategy and profitability for Spain & Portugal.
• Develop and execute integrated sales & education strategies.
• Mentor and develop sales/back-office teams; implement CRM.
• Collaborate with Henry Schein Dental and regional leaders to capture growth opportunities.
• Travel 40–60% to cover assigned markets.
