The Straumann Group, including Neodent, seeks a Sales Representative (f/m/d) for Portugal to drive growth across the Braga, Vila Real and Bragança territories. You will promote Straumann Group offerings to dental practices and labs, secure orders, and collaborate with regional management to hit targets.

Ideal candidates bring a strong dental or consultative sales background, 3–5 years in healthcare sales, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Portuguese with strong English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in dental business.
• 3–5 years sales experience, preferably Pharma, Medical Devices or Healthcare.
• Prior sales experience with dentists and dental labs is an advantage.
• Experience in consultative selling (B2B).
• High customer and business orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Result oriented; able to grow net sales and customer base.
• Driver License.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory.
• Identify, target and convert new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account activity plans.
• Use data, insights and consultative selling to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Educate customers on Straumann Group products and solutions.
• Build strong relationships with dental practices and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms and close sales orders.
• Support product launches, cross-selling initiatives and objectives.
• Attend trade shows, meetings and training sessions.
• Combine face-to-face visits with digital sales meetings and presentations.
• Develop short- and long-term sales plans for key accounts.
• Manage and prioritise activities to maximise territory performance.
• Participate in cross-functional groups in Portugal.
