Job summary

Straumann Group, including Neodent, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in Braga, Vila Real and Bragança. You will promote, sell and secure orders from dental practices and labs with a strong consultative selling approach.

The role requires 3–5 years in dental/healthcare sales, fluent Portuguese and good English, plus a valid driver's license. You will report to the Regional/Area Sales Manager and collaborate across Straumann Group teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in dental business or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in pharma, medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience with dentists and dental labs is an advantage.
• Consultative B2B selling experience and strong communication.
• Fluent in Portuguese; English proficiency desirable.
• High customer and business orientation; results-driven.
• Valid driver license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory.
• Identify, target and convert new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account activity plans.
• Educate customers on Straumann Group products and solutions.
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms; close sales.
• Attend trade shows, meetings and trainings; balance field and digital visits.
