Job summary

Webasto in Lisboa seeks a Cash Application Specialist to join our Finance team. You will process incoming payments, resolve unapplied cash, and support month-end close, collaborating with banks and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, a degree in accounting/finance, strong Excel and SAP skills, and fluency in English. We value detail orientation, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Cash Application, AR, or Customer Financial Services.
• Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP R3 or S/4Hana.

• Perform account reconciliations and support the month end closing process

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of previous experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Financial Services (preferably in a Shared Service environment).
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel;
• Experience with SAP R3 or S/4Hana
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, resilient, detail oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.

Salary Range

27-31K annual
