Europcar Mobility Group in Lisbon invites applications for an SSC AR Cash Application Clerk L1. You will support day-to-day accounts receivable cash posting in our Shared Service Center, ensuring remittances are posted accurately and receipts allocated to invoices, while upholding internal controls.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work with Oracle Financial Applications and MS Office. Fluency in English is expected; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in AR or cash applications is a plus.
• Basic accounting knowledge is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and post customer remittances to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process customer payments and ensure proper allocation against open invoices.
• Assist in investigating overpayments, underpayments and discrepancies.
• Help resolve unapplied and unidentified cash receipts.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in company systems.
• Support administration of direct debit operations and related activities.
• Record unpaid direct debits and assist with reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Collections and Customer Service on payment inquiries.
• Support month-end activities and reconciliations.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.

We are looking for a talented SSC AR Cash Application Clerk L1 to join our Treasury & Cash Application team within the broader Finance function.
