Job summary

Claranet Portugal is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Specialist to join our Talent Team in Lisbon on a hybrid model. You will configure and maintain HRSD modules, drive automation, and collaborate with HR and IT to enable digital transformation.

Your responsibilities include designing workflows, integrating with ERP, AD, and collaboration tools, and maintaining documentation. Advanced English is required; ITIL practices apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Hands-on JS, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer.
• Experience implementing Employee Center, Case Management, Lifecycle Events.
• REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Good ITIL understanding and governance practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions (Employee Center, Case Management, Lifecycle Events).
• Analyze business/technical requirements and translate to scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and optimize workflows, automations, scripts, and integrations with ERP, AD, and collaboration tools.
• Implement and manage HR service catalogs and employee-centric processes.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL and ServiceNow best practices; maintain performance and governance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide ongoing support to key users.
• Produce technical docs, process flows, and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to HRSD platform evolution with automation opportunities.
