Job summary

Organon in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an HR Specialist to join the HR Employee Services team. You will support employees on a wide range of HR topics, manage lifecycle events, and ensure data integrity in the HR platform.

The role requires 2–3 years in HR operations, experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus, and fluency in English with additional European languages desirable. You will collaborate across HR partners and multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR generalist roles.
• Experience in a multinational environment supporting multiple countries.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with employees at all levels.
• Customer service mindset and discretion with sensitive information.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle changes (onboarding, job changes, terminations) per procedures and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate HR interactions and data in the service platform.
• Support employees on HR policies and inquiries via HR case management system.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of employee requests per internal standards and SLAs.
• Coach and train new team members on HR procedures and best practices.
• Review and update SOPs and internal documentation for accuracy.
