TeamViewer is seeking a Team Lead – Technical Project Management (German Speaker) in Porto, hybrid. You will lead TPMs delivering enterprise software across EMEA and APAC, coaching teams, managing portfolios, and ensuring delivery governance with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Sales, driving risk management and process improvements while maintaining excellent customer relationships in a global context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and coaching Technical/Project Managers.
• Fluent English and German are required.
• Experience managing enterprise software projects across EMEA/APAC.
• Based in Porto, Portugal or able to work from Porto.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop Technical Project Managers and TPMs.
• Maintain portfolio health, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Escalation point for complex delivery and customer issues.
• Join customer engagements to resolve delivery challenges.
• Improve delivery processes, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales and other teams.
• Provide regular portfolio updates to global delivery leadership.
• Ensure governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Build a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.
• Manage TPM workload, capacity, and resource priorities.
