Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Technical Project Manager based in Porto, Portugal, to lead enterprise software delivery across the EMEA region. You will coordinate with customers, developers, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes and successful integrations.

The role emphasizes technical delivery, clear communication, and customer leadership within a global team. Ideal candidates have a strong technical background, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in software development, technical project delivery, or related fields.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and understand requirements and dependencies.
• Fluent professional English and ability to work with distributed teams across the EMEA region.
• Based in or able to work from Porto, Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate software delivery across EMEA from discovery through deployment and post-launch support.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical plans for engineering teams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers, Product, and internal teams to align objectives.
• Lead technical discussions on APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and integrations.
• Provide regular project status updates to customers and leadership.
• Promote strong project documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for issues.
