Job summary

TeamViewer GmbH in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise software and integration projects across the EMEA region. The role requires strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with APIs, cloud services, and data exchange.

You will bridge enterprise customers, engineering, and Product teams, overseeing discovery through deployment while guiding architecture discussions and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of technical project management experience.
• Strong technical background; able to work with engineers and customer teams.
• Proven experience integrating software with enterprise systems and systems of record.
• Fluent professional English and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, integration workflows, authentication, and system-to-system communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise software and integration projects across EMEA from discovery through deployment.
• Serve as the primary technical and delivery liaison between customers, engineering, Product, and stakeholders.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans.
• Lead integrations with customer systems of record and data exchange.
• Coordinate APIs, backend services, cloud infrastructure, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and customer expectations across multiple initiatives.
• Mentor TPMs and promote best practices in delivery and documentation.
