Job summary

TeamViewer GmbH in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Team Lead – Technical Project Management for the EMEA/APAC region. You will lead a team of Technical Project Managers delivering enterprise software and integration projects, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise customers and multiple concurrent enterprise software projects with portfolio-level visibility into health and risks.
• Strong resource management, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent professional English and German are required.
• Based in or able to work from Porto, Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Technical Project Managers, including performance management, career development, and regular feedback.
• Maintain oversight of EMEA customer projects, including health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer concerns.
• Serve as leadership escalation point for complex delivery and customer issues.
• Join customer engagements when necessary to support TPMs and drive issues toward resolution.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales and other teams to resolve cross-functional delivery challenges.
