Job summary

TeamViewer seeks an experienced Team Lead – Technical Project Management to guide a team of TPMs delivering enterprise software across EMEA and APAC from Porto, Portugal. You will coach TPMs, manage portfolio health, and coordinate with Product, Engineering and Support to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing Project Managers or TPMs.
• Experience with enterprise customers, expectations, escalations and complex delivery.
• Oversight of multiple enterprise software projects with portfolio visibility.
• Strong resource management, prioritization and problem solving.
• Experience delivering enterprise software or technology projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English and German are required.
• Based in Porto, Portugal or able to work there.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Technical Project Managers with performance feedback.
• Maintain oversight of EMEA customer projects, milestones and risks.
• Serve as leadership escalation point for complex delivery issues.
• Join customer engagements to support TPMs and drive resolutions.
• Coach TPMs to improve independence and leadership across the team.
• Manage TPM assignments, workload, capacity and priorities.
• Provide portfolio updates to global delivery leadership and escalate significant risks.
• Ensure governance, reporting, risk management and stakeholder comms.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales and others to resolve cross-functional challenges.
• Identify recurring delivery challenges and improve PM practices.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, customer-focused team culture.
