TeamViewer Germany GmbH is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Technical Project Management, EMEA, to lead a team of Technical Project Managers delivering enterprise software and integrations across EMEA and APAC. The role is based in Porto, Portugal and focuses on people leadership, customer management, portfolio oversight, resource planning, and governance.

You will coach TPMs, manage multiple enterprise projects, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support and Sales, and drive standardized

Competenze

• Proven experience leading and coaching Technical/Project Managers.
• Strong background managing enterprise customers and expectations.
• Experience overseeing multiple enterprise software projects with portfolio visibility.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and German required.
• Ability to work with distributed teams across the EMEA region.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and REST APIs.
• Based in Porto, Portugal.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach and develop Technical Project Managers with performance feedback.
• Oversee EMEA customer projects health, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Serve as escalation point for complex delivery and customer issues.
• Join customer engagements to support TPMs and drive resolution.
• Coach TPMs to build independence and leadership within the team.
• Manage TPM workload, capacity and resource priorities across the region.
• Provide portfolio updates to global delivery leadership and flag major risks.
• Ensure governance, status reporting, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales and other teams to resolve cross-functional delivery challenges.
• Identify recurring delivery challenges and improve PM processes and tools.
• Build a collaborative, accountable, customer-focused culture.
