Solvay is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the Order-to-Cash team in Portugal. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with sales, logistics and production to ensure smooth service.

The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach, analytical problem solving, and collaboration across departments. The position is permanent with a hybrid work mode (2 days a week in the office).

Qualificações

• 2+ years in direct customer service, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience handling orders and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRM software and order-to-cash processes.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Process orders with Account Managers, production sites and Logistics.
• Coordinate with production plants and demand planners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and other teams to provide comprehensive customer support.
• Monitor deliveries and payment behavior with Credit team and support billing.
