Solvay Portugal seeks a Customer Service Representative to join the Order-to-Cash (OtC) team as the primary customer contact, coordinating with sales, logistics and production sites to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.

The role requires at least 2 years in direct customer service or supply chain, with CRM experience (Salesforce, SAP CRM) preferred. A hybrid work model and a competitive total rewards package are offered, including base pay between €23,000 and €30,000.

Qualificações

• Relevant education degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, International Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct customer service, supply chain, or operations.

Responsabilidades

• Inquiry & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Order Processing in cooperation with Account Managers, production sites and Logistics Department.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, etc.) to ensure customer support and problem resolution.
• Monitoring deliveries and payment behavior in coordination with Credit team and settlement of billing process.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
