Solvay in Lisbon is seeking an Order-to-Cash Customer Service Representative who is fluent in German to be the main contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders and coordination with Sales, Logistics and Production.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or supply chain, English and German, and offers hybrid work with a base pay range of 23,000–30,000 EUR per year plus a rewarding total package.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of direct customer service, supply chain, or operations experience.
• Proficiency in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and promptly resolve issues.
• Process and monitor orders in collaboration with Account Managers, production sites and Logistics.
• Coordinate with production plants and demand planners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and other teams to ensure comprehensive customer support.
