Solvay is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the OtC team in Portugal. You will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with sales, production, and logistics to ensure a smooth order lifecycle.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience, resolving issues, and supporting revenue cycle activities. A hybrid schedule is offered with two days in the office.

Qualificações

• Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, International Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in direct customer service, supply chain, or operations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with accurate information.
• Process orders in cooperation with Account Managers, production sites and Logistics.
• Coordinate with production plants and demand planners to deliver to customers efficiently.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and other teams to ensure comprehensive support and resolution.
• Monitor deliveries and payment behavior with Credit team and billing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes for better customer experience.
