Job summary

Air Liquide ALEBS Evolution in Algés, Portugal, is hiring an Order Management Specialist. You will ensure compliance in the PR to PO process, perform reviews, support invoice pricing discrepancies, and manage PO changes, excluding spot buys.

You will collaborate with Spot Buy and Support teams, uphold accuracy, and support business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. English B2 is required, SAP and Excel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing, accounts payable, or administrative support role.
• Familiarity with purchase order processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance reviews of PRs and checks.
• Support discrepancy management related to pricing for invoices.
• Oversee PR to PO workflow, excluding spot buys.
• Coordinate with Spot Buy and Support teams to unblock complex requests.
