A dynamic technology start-up is looking for a hybrid team member to support operations, product ownership, and customer success. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Portuguese, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment with potential for career progression. Remote work is possible with occasional in-person collaboration in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Portuguese, excellent communication skills.
• People-oriented with a passion for building relationships.
• Interest in tech, SaaS, or sales; B2B experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support with day-to-day operations and customer support.
• Help develop and manage the interview preparation solution.
• Liaise with customers and run product demos.
• Assist the Managing Director with organisation and planning.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, or related fields
