Match Profiler is seeking a Business Operations and Management Support professional for a hybrid role based in Lisbon. You will provide executive assistance, coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support cross‑functional teams on international projects.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational and documentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and effective English communication. Join a collaborative team with onboarding support, ongoing feedback, and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Executive assistance, management support, or equivalent coordination experience.
• Planning and coordination of management meetings, workshops and recurring organizational activities.
• Calendar management and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Preparation of presentations, reports, agendas and management documentation.
• Stakeholder coordination, action tracking and follow-up management.
• Strong organizational, administrative and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Planner.
• Experience maintaining document repositories and shared calendars.
• Ability to work independently within defined processes and governance structures.
• Professional communication skills in English, written and verbal.
• Experience supporting international and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and content maintenance.
• Exposure to Project Management, Agile methods or IT Service Management practices such as ITIL.
• Experience with process improvement, reporting automation or Microsoft 365 productivity solutions.
• Exposure to connectivity, network services or technology service environments.
