Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Porto is seeking a motivated Lead Development Representative to identify and engage potential customers and build a strong sales pipeline. You will research markets, qualify prospects, and maintain accurate data while collaborating with sales teams.

The role requires persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver compelling customer experiences. English and an additional language are valued, with a hybrid work model in the Porto office.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience acceptable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, Outlook and CRM tools.
• Strong research, organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle large volumes of information in a structured, efficient way.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective customers and key decision-makers within target markets.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email and other channels to generate qualified leads.
• Deliver clear introductions to Arrow's products, services and value proposition.
• Qualify leads by gathering business information and assessing customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and lead information in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Field Sales and internal stakeholders to transition opportunities.
• Support lead generation campaigns through data research and prospect list building.
• Monitor and update customer data to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Develop sales and product knowledge through available training opportunities.
• Be a team player and contribute to shared team objectives.
