SIXT Lisbon is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive our Van & Truck pipeline. You qualify incoming leads from multiple sources, prequalify high-potential opportunities, and independently convert lower-potential leads for our SME Truck portfolio, supporting the Berlin sales team.

In this role you maintain data in Salesforce, work closely with Berlin colleagues, and build early customer relationships through structured sales conversations by phone and email.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in German (native level preferred) and strong English for internal communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and takes initiative to support the team.
• Confident, structured communication over phone and email.
• Customer-focused with a service mindset impacting satisfaction and sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.

Aufgaben

• Process incoming Van & Truck B2B leads from multiple sources including website and campaigns.
• Prequalify leads, identifying high-value opportunities and routing to Berlin Sales Team.
• Independently manage and convert lower-potential leads through proactive outbound calling.
• Conduct structured sales conversations via phone, present offerings, and build initial customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate lead and contact data in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline transparency.
• Collaborate with the Berlin Sales Team to ensure seamless lead handovers and a consistent customer experience.
