Go4Mobility is seeking a Data & Analytics & BI leader to define and drive the data strategy across the organization. You will own the data lifecycle, consolidate sources, and design scalable models, governance, and reporting solutions.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver actionable insights using Power BI and Tableau, build robust ETL/ELT processes, and promote a data-driven culture while working in a hybrid Lisbon environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, mathematics or related field.
• Experience in BI, data analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL.
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cloud tech (Azure/GCP).
• Fluent in English; hybrid Lisbon availability 2-3 days/week.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into data solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Design data models and organize data using star schemas.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure governance.
• Develop reports and metrics to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT and business to democratize data usage.
• Document data models, processes, and dashboards.
