Job summary

Syensqo seeks a Customer Service & Sales Administration Specialist NAM to support a North America client portfolio from Lisbon with a hybrid office model. The role emphasizes accurate order processing, invoicing, and strong collaboration with Accounts Managers to deliver superior service.

You will work with SFDC and SAP, manage customer requests, handle complaints, and contribute to market knowledge and process improvements, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years experience in a similar position.
• SAP knowledge.
• Fluent in English.
• Acute customer centricity.
• Excellent relational skills.
• Capacity to collaborate and work within a team.
• Ability to manage projects.
• CRM (SFDC a plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up.
• Complaint entering and follow-up.
• Managing Customer Specific Requirements in SFDC (Salesforce).
• Sample management in SFDC/SAP.
• Customer request management in SFDC.
• Gain knowledge in the specific markets.
• Participate in some improvement projects.
