Syensqo seeks a Customer Service & Sales Administration Specialist NAM to support a North America client portfolio from Lisbon with a hybrid office model. The role emphasizes accurate order processing, invoicing, and strong collaboration with Accounts Managers to deliver superior service.

You will work with SFDC and SAP, manage customer requests, handle complaints, and contribute to market knowledge and process improvements, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

We are looking for:

• Someone to manage a market-dedicated account portfolio in collaboration with the relevant Accounts Managers.
• Work within a pool of market dedicated CSRs, with strong collaboration between business and supply chain
• Support the Accounts Managers in bringing the requested level of service to customers who could potentially at term grow to become Key Accounts

You will get:

• The Portuguese annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: 22,000.00€ to 24,000.00€. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations

Additional information:

• This position is to manage a client portfolio for North America scope, having a fixed schedule from 14h00 to 23h00(On office days, leave time is flexible so as to accommodate for safe commute home to complete work shift.)
• Hybrid working model
• 9 months Fixed term contract with possibility of renovating into a permanent contract
