Quanteam, founding entity of Rainbow Partners, seeks an Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions Specialist in Lisbon. You will manage corporate actions, ensure timely processing, reconcile records, and coordinate with custodians and clients within an international framework.

The role requires a Finance-related degree and 5+ years in financial services, with strong knowledge of corporate actions and Excel. English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Corporate Actions or Asset Servicing.
• Strong knowledge of corporate actions, dividends, mergers, acquisitions and stock splits.
• Experience in securities processing and reconciliations; ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage asset servicing processes related to corporate actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of corporate events and client entitlements.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in corporate actions and related records.
• Perform reconciliations of asset servicing data across systems.
• Coordinate with custodians, counterparties and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and support the team lead.
