Job summary

QUANTEAM - Portugal (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group) is seeking an Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions Specialist to join its Lisbon team. Hybrid position with international exposure, handling dividends, mergers, stock splits and client entitlements.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services, strong knowledge of corporate actions, reconciliations, and excellent English. French is a plus. Competitive salary 24,500€–50,000€ gross annually with CTI contract and health insurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing or Securities Operations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate actions (dividends, coupons, mergers, acquisitions, stock splits).
• Experience in securities processing and reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Knowledge of financial markets and instruments; operate processes supporting investments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management; able to work independently and in international environment.
• English spoken/written; Excel skills including Pivot Tables; French is a plus.
• Gross annual salary 24,500€ to 50,000€; permanent CTI contract; health insurance; extra holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee asset servicing processes related to corporate actions, including dividends, coupons, mergers, acquisitions and stock splits.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of corporate events and updates to securities positions and client entitlements.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to corporate actions, income payments and securities transactions.
• Perform reconciliations of asset servicing records, ensuring data accuracy across internal systems.
• Coordinate with financial institutions, custodians and external stakeholders for smooth processing of corporate events.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, controls and applicable financial regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and data quality.
• Support the team leader in project follow-up, control execution, reporting and knowledge sharing, guiding juniors.
