Quanteam, founding entity of Rainbow Partners, seeks an Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions Specialist in Lisbon. You will manage corporate actions, ensure timely processing, reconcile records, and coordinate with custodians and clients within an international framework.

The role requires a Finance-related degree and 5+ years in financial services, with strong knowledge of corporate actions and Excel. English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Corporate Actions or Asset Servicing.
• Strong knowledge of corporate actions, dividends, mergers, acquisitions and stock splits.
• Experience in securities processing and reconciliations; ability to investigate discrepancies.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.

We are looking for a

Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions Specialist

Main Tasks

• Manage and oversee asset servicing processes related to corporate actions, including dividends, coupons, mergers, acquisitions and stock splits.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of corporate events and the corresponding updates to securities positions and client entitlements.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to corporate actions, income payments and securities transactions.
• Perform reconciliations of asset servicing records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across internal systems.
• Coordinate with financial institutions, custodians, counterparties and other external stakeholders to ensure the smooth processing of corporate events.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, operational controls and applicable financial market regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, enhance efficiency and maintain high standards of data quality.
• Support the team leader in project follow-up, control execution, reporting and knowledge sharing, while providing guidance to junior team members when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing or Securities Operations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate actions, including dividends, coupons, mergers, acquisitions and stock splits.
• Experience in securities processing, reconciliations and the investigation of operational discrepancies.
• Knowledge of financial markets, securities instruments and the operational processes supporting investment activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables. French is considered a plus.

This role offers a gross annual salary between

24.500€ to 50.000€, defined according to the candidate's experience and competencies.
