Job summary

Quanteam - Portugal (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group) is seeking a Fees Payables Senior Officer in a hybrid role based in Lisbon. You will manage invoice calculations, monitoring, reconciliation and payment for commissions and fees, while coordinating with Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement and Accounting Controls.

The role requires strong Excel and Word skills, fluent English and Portuguese, keen eye for detail, and an ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, international

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent English and Portuguese communication skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and rigor with financial data.
• Analytical mindset to investigate discrepancies.
• Understanding of operations, processes and control procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, monitor, reconcile and pay invoices for commissions and fees.
• Act as main contact for Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement and Accounting Controls.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of operational issues with quick stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor escalations and coordinate with Team Leader.
• Contribute to process improvements and transformation projects.
• Support reporting and ensure data accuracy for the team.
• Perform End-of-Month processes and payment validation.
• Maintain operational efficiency and strong control standards.
