Fórum Selecção is seeking an Asset Servicing professional (M/F) for a Corporate Bank on a 3-month project in Lisbon. You will own core asset servicing tasks, ensuring accurate processing of dividends and coupons and proactive issue resolution.

The role requires 3-5 years in finance, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, VBA is a plus), and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with clear communication and teamwork.

Formación

• Degree in Finance or related field.
• 3-5 years in a financial role.
• Knowledge of Banking Operations and/or Global Markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee asset servicing processes, including dividends and coupons.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of asset servicing activities.
• Reconcile asset servicing records and maintain transaction records.
• Coordinate with financial institutions and external parties for asset servicing.
• Uphold compliance with asset servicing regulations and policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements within asset servicing.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior team members.
