Azqore, a Crédit Agricole Group subsidiary, is launching Corporate Actions processing in Lisbon. The Securities Operations Officer will manage mandatory corporate actions, collaborate with Swiss teams, and ensure workflow efficiency while maintaining risk controls.

The role requires strong client communication and knowledge of SWIFT messaging types. Based in Lisbon, you will work with our Securities team to deliver high-quality processing and contribute to ongoing projects, with an emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or professional qualification in Banking/Finance.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Actions processes.
• Familiar with financial products, market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks.
• Knowledgeable about SWIFT message types.
• Excel VBA macro knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and process Mandatory Corporate Actions for the Lisbon Portuguese Securities Operations team.
• Understand core systems and workflows of Corporate Actions and ensure efficiency and low operational risk.
• Handle client and stakeholder queries and issues with professional communication.
• Demonstrate front-to-back knowledge of the processes being managed.
• Participate in migration of Mandatory Corporate Actions to Lisbon and align with Swiss teams.
