A cybersecurity solutions provider is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer for a hybrid role in Lisbon. The successful candidate will implement and maintain their SaaS and on-prem products, manage platform deployment, and ensure cloud security and reliability. Ideal applicants have 2+ years in technical support with skills in Linux, API integrations, and experience with tools like Ansible and Grafana. This position emphasizes collaboration with development teams and clients.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in complex technical support and integration.
• Previous experience in IT expert, QA Engineer, Technical Support, or NOC roles.
• Experience with OpenSearch is preferential.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, integrate, configure, and maintain SaaS and on-prem products.
• Collaborate with development teams and customer IT departments.
• Ensure availability, security, and reliability of cloud deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production SaaS environments.
• Manage platform implementation from deployment handover to go-live readiness.

Conhecimentos

Basic Linux administration

Integration with external sources via API

Configuration management with Ansible

Operational infrastructure administration

Monitoring tools proficiency (Grafana, Prometheus)

Proficiency with JIRA

Basic experience with Kubernetes

Basic experience with Docker
