Job summary

Webasto Group in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an HR Analyst to support HR analytics, reporting, and people data integration. You will work with SAP HCM, Power BI, and Excel to deliver actionable insights that drive workforce planning and people initiatives.

You will analyze workforce metrics, develop HR dashboards, and support the monthly HR reporting package. A minimum of two years in HR and strong English/Portuguese communication are required.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Human Resources (2+ years).
• Working experience in SAP HCM.
• Excellent English and Portuguese language skills in speaking and writing.
• Experience in HR Analytics and data-driven HR management, including workforce metrics analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting tools/dashboards (Power BI or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards and reports.
• Support HR analytics initiatives and data-driven HR management.
• Prepare documentation and provide data to external auditors during audits.
• Collaborate with global HR and local teams to ensure data accuracy and policy compliance.
