Oportunidade De Expatriação is seeking an HR Analytics, Compensation & Regulatory Oversight Specialist in Portugal to deliver data-driven insights and governance across HR, Finance and Risk functions. You will lead dashboards, salary benchmarking, and regulatory remuneration oversight while ensuring data integrity and compliant reporting.

The role requires 6+ years in HR analytics/compensation, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI or Tableau, plus familiarity with CRD/EBA remuneration

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits or HR Governance.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Knowledge of CRD/EBA remuneration principles is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and KPIs; produce regular workforce reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, diversity, hiring, retention).
• Conduct annual salary reviews and benchmarking; support bonus and variable remuneration processes; monitor market trends.
• Support compliance with CRD, EBA remuneration guidelines and governance reporting; coordinate disclosures and remuneration committee analyses.
• Maintain HR reporting databases, ensure GDPR/data privacy compliance, and contribute to HR digitalization and data governance.
