Webasto SE is seeking a People & Organization Specialist (f/m/x) in Lisbon, Portugal. You will implement HR programs, support career development, and build training curricula for operational staff while delivering HR analytics to support business performance and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications include 2+ years in HR, SAP HCM experience, and strong English/Portuguese communication. The role emphasizes cross-cultural collaboration and data-driven HR management.
Qualificações
- 2+ years of professional HR experience.
- Experience with SAP HCM and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to improve processes and standardize practices.
- Strong teamwork and cross-cultural awareness.
- Proficient with MS Excel and HR reporting tools.
Responsabilidades
- Implement and develop HR programs, including performance management and onboarding.
- Support development of personal career paths for Team Lead and staff.
- Create and update training curricula for operational staff.
- Prepare in-house trainings (Onboarding, Introduction Day, etc.).
- Provide HR analytics and dashboards to translate data into actions.
