Job summary
Körber Global Business Services GmbH in Porto, Portugal, is looking for a dedicated HR Controlling professional to drive data-driven insights and robust reporting across HR functions.
You will connect SAP HCM, BW and SuccessFactors data sources, ensure data quality, automate standard reports, and support workforce planning and monthly closings. Fluent English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification.
- Extensive experience in HR controlling or related roles.
- Excellent Excel skills and data-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English; German is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and numbers aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality HR reports whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Integrate data sources, ensuring data quality for complex reporting.
- Automate and standardize routine reporting.
- Develop, maintain and optimize staff planning and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly closing activities and HR accrual calculations.
- Manage SAP HCM authorizations, including role assignments.
- Analyze reporting results and derive recommendations for HR management.
- Work with Global HR, IT, Finance, Compliance and Legal.
- Continuously improve and optimize processes per defined standards.
- Participate in HR-related projects.
