CALB Group Co., Ltd. in Sines, Portugal, is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to lead the HVAC discipline of our construction projects, coordinating design, construction, supervision and related activities.

The role requires at least 8 years of relevant experience, an engineering degree, and proficiency in English. You will manage budgets, schedules and quality, oversee subcontractors, and drive completion procedures in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partcipates in the HVAC discipline of construction, coordinating design, construction, supervision or other related activities.
• Manages budgets, schedules and cost control for HVAC systems; resolves technical problems during construction.
• Organizes inspections, completion procedures and data reviews for HVAC projects and settlements.
• Maintains and repairs of construction facilities and renovation works as part of project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

The HVAC Engineer is responsible for the HVAC discipline of the construction: including the management of the companies of design, construction, supervision or other

• Participates in the pre-budget preparation, project bidding and other HVAC processes
• Manages the construction phase of HVAC related systems, focusing on construction quality, progress and cost control, solves specific professional and technical problems arising during construction
• Organizes preliminary inspection of unit projects and individual projects, organizes completion acceptance, reviews completion data, handles completion procedures and completion settlement
• Maintains and repairs of construction facilities and renovation works

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience on a same related position
• Experience in industry
• Degree related to the field
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural, fast-paced environment.
