CALB in Sines, Portugal, is seeking an Industrial HR Admin to join our team on site. You will support organizational and workforce planning for our European manufacturing facility, coordinate staffing needs, and assist in recruitment activities across Portugal as we scale operations.

You will manage HR data, maintain recruitment stats, onboarding information, and prepare regular reports for HR and other departments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience in industry
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Responsabilidades

• Organizational and Workforce Planning Support: coordinate departmental structures, identify critical factory roles, define roles, staffing, recruitment plans, and onboarding schedules.
• Recruitment Planning and Monitoring: assist in recruitment activities, source candidates in/out of Portugal, conduct interviews, onboarding activities.
• HR Data Management: collect, verify and organize hiring requirements, maintain recruitment data, prepare reports, track headcount and transfers.
• Meeting Coordination and Administrative Support: schedule meetings, prepare appraisal docs, minutes, filing and forms maintenance.

CALB (Europe) S.A is looking for an Industrial HR Admin to join our team in Sines .

Responsibilities

• Organizational and Workforce Planning Support

Support the initial organizational and workforce planning for the European manufacturing facility by coordinating departmental organizational structures, identifying the critical roles of the factory, assist in role definitions, staffing requirements, recruitment plans, and onboarding schedules.

• Recruitment Planning and Monitoring

Assist in recruitment activities, sourcing candidates inside and outside Portugal, requirements checking, performing interviews, and onboarding activities.

• HR Data Management

Collect, verify, and organize departmental hiring requirements. Maintain up-to-date recruitment data, including recruitment progress, vacancies, candidate status, offers, and onboarding information. Prepare regular recruitment reports to the HR Department and other relevant departments. Maintains HR statistics and headcount records related to employee hires, departures, and internal transfers within the factory.

• Meeting Coordination and Administrative Support

Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling, appraisal documentation, preparation of meeting minutes, document filing, form maintenance, and other coordination activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area (Degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field).
• Experience in industry
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin
