Banco Finantia in Lisbon is seeking a Human Resources Officer to join our HR team and contribute to a broad range of people initiatives that support the Bank’s strategic objectives and employee experience. You will work on both operational and transformational projects, including the strategic migration to SAP, collaborating with employees and stakeholders across the Group.

Qualificações

• Degree or Master’s in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Knowledge of training management, recruitment, performance management and career development.
• Understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to design and improve people-related processes and programmes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement training and development initiatives.
• Execute and improve recruitment, performance management and career development processes.
• Enhance employee engagement and collaboration across the organisation.
• Deliver accurate HR reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement compensation and benefits practices to attract and retain talent.
• Support SAP migration with stakeholders through definition, testing and implementation.
• Continuously improve HR processes, policies and employee experience initiatives.
